REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS:

1. NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days upon receipt. These items must be in new condition and free from wear, damage, or any alterations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original packaging is required for all returns to ensure items are protected during transit.

Because each of our products, including our shoes, is uniquely made to order just for you, we have a small restocking fee for returns. There’s a 25% fee for shoes and a 20% fee for all other products. This helps us maintain the high standards of quality and uniqueness you expect from us!

To request return for non-custom products, email to anifamigifts@gmail.com. Include your order ID in the subject lines.

2. CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

At AniFamy, we take pride in offering unique, personalized products crafted according to your specifications. Given the bespoke nature of these items, the following conditions apply:

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:

  • Personalized Nature: Each product is custom-made based on your specific requirements, making it ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Color Variation:
    • Screen Resolution Variance: We aim for accurate product representation, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
    • Color Deviation: Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Replacement Policy:

We do not offer returns or exchanges but provide REPLACEMENTS for the following issues:

  • Print Defects: Includes missing colors, incorrect color reproduction (minor deviations excluded), blurry or pixelated images, cropping errors, smudging, streaking, incomplete prints, or signs of fading or peeling upon delivery.
  • Material Defects: Covers material damage or defects upon delivery, such as tears, holes, or manufacturing flaws.
  • Incorrect Personalization: Applies if the product significantly deviates from your provided personalization instructions.

Procedure for Claiming a Replacement:

  • Reporting: Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt by emailing support@anifamy.com.
  • Verification: Submit clear evidence of the issue (photos or videos).
  • Approval: Upon verification, we will proceed with the replacement.

Limitations:

  • Subjective Preferences: Design preferences such as color brightness or size are not eligible for replacement.
  • Wear and Tear: Damage from misuse or lack of care is not covered.

For concerns about our personalized products, reach out to our customer service team for support.

Exceptions Not Covered:

  • Refund/replacement requests beyond 14 days of delivery for personalized items.
  • Errors in size or customization by the customer.
  • Damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or after washing, wearing, or use.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the product’s value or personal expectations unrelated to quality or personalization accuracy.

Allow for a 20% difference in color between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting and monitor display variations.

To file a claim, email support@anifamy.com with your order number, photos/videos of the defect, full delivery address, and contact number. If eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@anifamy.com.

SHIPPING THE RETURN:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind about your order, no worries at all! Just drop us an email at support@anifamy.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. We’ll get back to you to confirm once your order has been modified or cancelled.

Please note that you can only modify or cancel your order within the first 02 hours after placing it. After this period, the order goes into processing and cannot be altered.

Keep in mind, a small management and transaction fee of 1.5% of your total order value will apply if you choose to cancel. However, if you’re switching orders, a full refund will be issued. When you place your new orders, our system will automatically handle the cancellation and refund of your old orders, ensuring you receive a full 100% refund.
